To all those considering joining the Godfather program with Thomas my advise is to go for it! After a lifetime of guarding my heart around women I finally allowed myself to open up. I felt this water-like energy in my heart that I hadn't felt since I was 19, Im 38 now. I had been struggling to connect to my girlfriend on a deep level for a while, I knew it wasn't healthy to 'want' love but it was a hard thing to let go of. I would try to feel my heart as I looked into her eyes, hoping that she could feel me and therefore not reject me for another man. I would focus on her faults and all the ways I could be hurt just to avoid feeling the love that I desired to feel. We were eye gazing one evening and I was finally able to drop all the bull-shit and just be in the moment with her, I saw the beauty in her eyes and felt my deep appreciation for her. I knew the moment it happened as her eyes welled up, I can really see how much love there is when you can just sit in the now and not project into the future. Thank you Thomas Whigham for showing me the way, there is so much more work to do on my self-love but I feel a few steps closer to freedom!!
