On todays call with Thomas, btw i fucking love this man. Had a water turned to wine moment. Something ive been ruminating for a long time just got a cracked, and seen in another way. Hate and wrath has had me dropping to unconscious levels many times and has had me blaming myself for my incompatence and inability to act. But its first today that i realized that that too is love. In a way it is the person self trying to take care of it self, it wants to hurt because it was hurt. Instinctively it only wants to take care of the person me in ways that animals know how to defend it self. It can however be less socially accepted to act out tho, but feeling it doesn’t make it wrong. Thinking that it is wrong only adds another layer of resistance, but seeing it from loving eyes can actually peel that resistance off and add it to a layer of love Be safe everyone and have a good one
