My mind and heart were blown today on a call with Thomas. I have pages and pages of notes I could share, but really, words don't do much justice to what actually happens on calls with him. Next level stuff. I've been opened up to levels of love I didn't even know existed; and that's real experience of love, not some airy fairy concepts. 1hr. Boom. Done. I feel and know that I can hold, give and receive, BE more love than ever before. Same evening an ex boyfriend of mine called, first time since a very painful and messy breakup some time ago - we talked for 2 hours and it was the most loving, real and deep conversation we probably ever had. So healing. So appreciated. That's definitely not a coincidence, I was able to allow this experience in, allow love in, and if that's not the most beautiful thing about this work, I don't know what is. I didn't have to do years of therapy and processing around that; just like that my heart opened and now that's my new standard. What a blessing to be able to help others open their hearts to allow more love in. To live life as it should be lived, filled with precious moments of deep love. That's also my purpose, it's what I live for Thanks Thomas, thanks self love army
