Sharing my experience in a 1:1 call with Thomas Whigham. While trying to offer back all of the masks/gifts and the thoughts/stories that I have about myself to make room for love and lightness it didn’t feel right. I wanted to hold onto them. Thomas helped me to give them up and sit with him being present like an empty vessel. He shared that being empty of thoughts/stories/baggage is the goal and then there’s room for light/love. Some people say that they are empty in a negative way. The reason they say that is because they are empty of love and full of thoughts. I prefer to be in a state of empty of thoughts to be able to receive/share love with others. Thomas that was an amazing call. Thank you for sharing love with me!
