I was laughing with a buddy earlier because he reminded me of a ridiculous story from Law School.

I once invited my law professor on a date and, before the movie, she texted we were just meeting as friends, which for whatever reason I was annoyed by (pricked my ego at the time). So I texted three of the women I was seeing at the time in a group message, asked them to dress as sexy as possible because I wanted to make my law professor jealous, and told them I was taking them all to a movie. These women were younger than the law professor: 18 19 and 21 (I was 28 at the time) and cool as fuck so they obliged. I don't really know which is more ridiculous, the fact that I did this at all, or the look on her face when she saw me walk up with 3 women in skin tight dresses and heels to a showing of Beasts of the Southern Wild.

The movie was fantastic by the way: I actually cried during the movie along with the three girls.

On the one hand, how ridiculous, on the other hand, how fragile was my ego?
