I want you to pass me, but right now you don’t even know what that takes.

You think you take responsibility but you don’t. You think you’re committed but you aren’t sacrificing enough and you aren’t asking the right questions of yourself. You think you’ve had enough pain to grow strong but your relationship to your pain and fear keeps you weak.

Anyone who tells you becoming amazing happens from a few months of coaching is giving you a sales pitch (one you need to hear, and would do well to heed, because your current reality is weak and fearful as fuck).

Getting to the level below the one I’m at will take most of you one to three years. Getting through that level to my level is another 2 to 3 solid dedicated years. Reaching my level is 3 to 6 years away for most of you. And I want you to pass me. So get to work.
