Wow.
I'm going to keep this short, simple, and dumb.
I realized just how ATTACHED I've been to trying to be smart, trying to be brilliant.
Literally, on the call with Thomas Whigham crying and saying "I don't want to be dumb"
All of my "brilliance" and "being smart" has been preventing me from just having a simple loving connection.
I LOVE MY DUMBNESS.
IT'S OKAY TO BE DUMB.
I'M A BIG LOVING DUM DUM.
I LOVE MY DUM DUM.
Second realization was that I'm resistant to humbling myself and saying thank you.
But gratitude produces a loving connection. It allows the other person to receive my love and give love back.
If I give gratitude out of a place of knowing the other person loves me, then the resistance melts away.
