In the last few calls with Thomas I'd been feeling some resistance because he was always telling me to be confident and be assertive! My mind, used to being fed thoughts of me not being good enough, understood this every time as I need to be MORE confident and MORE assertive than I already am. Today he helped me understand that he's not saying that, that how I'm already being is perfect, already confident and already assertive and there doesn't need to be more of anything.
