Mentorship is not about what you "learn". The intellectual understandings and the knowledge that you gain is just the cherry on top. The actual growth from mentorship comes from feeling and internalizing your mentors energy. On every coaching session with Thomas Whigham I feel his love. This helped me open up my heart that was closed my whole life. Getting in touch with love may sound like some woo-woo bullshit but it's the most powerful force in the world and makes you a better coach, leader, lover, friend and human. Just wanted to drop this spontaneously.
