I just had an encounter with grace and a blast of love that put me in an altered state of consciousness this morning. It was so much, I couldn't open my phone be on a message chat with Tom! I could feel people's pain/emotion/love. When I knew I was Love, I had two mini-revelations this morning: 1) Pain is literal fuel. It's food for Love. I got this image of having a feast with Thomas Whigham eating my pain. 2) I realized that my body couldn't sustain so much love at the current level. Our bodies are temples for Love, and I need to take care of this body both on a physical and emotional level. That's where the work is now. Teaching all the "parts" of me to eat pain with Love. My other "parts" are not surrendered yet. But they will be
