Just finished Back to Basics with Thomas Whigham and have to say it was an incredible program to be a part of! it gave me incredible tools to share the energy of love and truly heal those around me as well as myself. The program taught me lots of tangible skills to this type of work but the true gift was the energetic understanding that I was able to download throughout the program. Most notably having major shifts around my own traumas and by proxy of being around this energy shifting my own beliefs & psychological structures. I can't say enough good things about this program and what you will learn from it both intellectually and energetically
