We see mentoring / coaching differently in this group than I usually see it presented by other coaches. This isn’t about a system, but sometimes you develop extensive new habits. This isn’t about believing what I believe, but people do find an entire new set of beliefs and experiences from this work.

Not everyone absorbs the same things from this work and the “results” have been incredibly varied; some get raises, some change careers, some added new jobs on top of existing careers, some found their dream job and finally pursued it. Then

Others loved the jobs they had more. Some still don’t enjoy their work That’s a good example. This work is different and unique because you are. What you are capable of, and how much you grow. That’s what I focus on
