Systematic Growth

Systematic Growth

Identify clear goals, emotions, and mindsets.

Outline action steps to achieve those goals.

Take those actions

Refine the steps based on results of taking action.

Consider out of the box action steps. For example, reducing stress may be targeted by meditation, exercise, dramatically purging your home of unnecessary items, journaling, and more.

Do not give yourself an unrealistic amount of actions steps, rather, prioritize action steps you believe will be most beneficial to a goal (or multiple goals).

Increase goals and add additional actions steps once behavior becomes habit (at a 6 week mark, essentially).

Through this process, you will continually add skills and be creating an environment maximally conducive to desired emotions. In one year you will have 7 major behavioral habit acquisitions all compounding on one another (as these steps are designed to maintain all previous habits, once formed).

My simple advice is focus on 3 to 5 actions steps the first few weeks, then perhaps adding one or two refining action steps on the march to one month, and then 6 weeks. By six weeks, you can consider adding an entire new range of action steps.
