People always ask me how to be more loving like the answer is a big confusing secret:

Live for others, give selflessly, blindly and habitually, see yourself as a constellation in a network of love; see love in all things, see grace / god / purpose in life; see that you exist to be your love.

Then go be it. Take care of others, check up on them, feed people (like my guru says). Be grateful for the privilege of being useful. No need to be self conscious at all
