On the unconscious:

On the unconscious:

We have a tendency to create narrative out of our inner worlds. We build the story of reality based on the PINGS of emotional responses or HARD LOGIC abstractions [When women do this (give reasons that they make up based on feelings) men have a tendency to condescend to them. But men do it as well. It's partially how the brain is designed to function.]

How many of us ever deeply examine our underlying assumptions?

At first I wanted to fully KNOW all my inner feelings because I believed they were clues to the deepest parts of my being. But I also learned a very important psychological trick about the human experience: we do not have to identify with any particular feeling. I began to learn how to actually change my mindset so as to obviate emotional barriers. I began to actually grow.

Physically (train the body). Mentally (nourish the mind, enhance your insight). Emotionally (find serenity and self acceptance).

When I say to be strong, I mean this, essentially. I developed a program where guys can literally map out their transformations step by step while refining them over time as their goals change. It's cognitive behavioral, mindful, physical limit testing, and more.

PM me if you want to work on this. It's time consuming. It requires teamwork between us to do properly.

I can only hold so many guys accountable on a deep level with this, so at least initially, I'm reserving it for 5 additional guys that are really dedicated and most interested.
