Men care for things deeply - we cannot give birth to life, but we give birth to our ideas, our hobbies, our passions and projects.

It is unnatural to have nothing to care for, or care about. It is unnatural to have nothing to build for, hurt for, sacrifice for; to seek for, yearn for, love for.

It is unnatural to be empty, to be numb, to be constantly despairing.

Men are builders. But too many have put down their tools.

Men are lovers. But too many cannot feel love or feel loved.

We are a lost generation. Seekers, empty and anxious with worry, or hopeless, or angry, or satisfied with the superficial.

When you build your life on your terms you take responsibility for your world. This is a fundamental, strong, powerful thing to do.

Take back power over your domain. Take responsibility for your feelings, for your self, for your beliefs. Find your values and live according to them. Define and enforce your boundaries. Then within your values and in accordance with your boundaries, care for others. Not from neediness; not from fear of losing attachment; but from an expression of the strength of your own feelings. Simply as an expression of self care, we care for others.

We must re-take responsibility for those we love and care for. We must re-take responsibility for ourselves.

It is time to build your life on your terms. The domain of your emotional world, your beliefs, your goals, is yours and yours alone. And that is fitting, because if you do not heed this, even when others are around you will be alone.

Meanwhile, a man with purpose and self love, and who cares for others, is always part of a community, and always taking care of his circle. He is connected to everything he touches and does.

No man is more desirable.
