If you want peace, feel your feelings and name them to yourself. Feel them directly, as actually and substantively as you can. Feel them meaningfully. Feel the stories they are telling and the attachments they arise from. Feel them totally and absolutely. Eventually a feeling can be felt rapidly, shift almost instantly. Engage with your thoughts and feelings as though they contain a door, and walk through the door into yourself. Walk into thoughts and feelings. Then, slowly slowly, after feeling them, let the entire structure dissolve into the energy. If the energy is in your body, dissolve it into the bliss of the body. If the energy is in your mind, let the mind relax and go open and clear, and dissolve it into open clear mind. If the heart is buzzing, let the non judgment of conscious love dissolve the experience into itself, liberating it automatically.
If you want more energy, and more peace, and more bliss, you can rest in the assurance that all experience arises to be metabolized, that the subconscious is always showing you the next structure to be metabolized, that past trauma is an opportunity to revisit and liberate energy, that all phenomena is loveable, all sensation is capable of being experienced ecstatically, at the very least peacefully.
I don’t give much advice these days that isn’t asked for directly, don’t offer much guidance that isn’t requested individually, don’t really share many blanket statements. Everything is individualized based on the spontaneous drama of the moment, the wave of what is happening.
Even so, if you’re wanting help with any of this, ask me.
