I’ve been coaching between 15-23 (35-69 hours of calls a week) people for the last 6 months, working 7 days a week most weeks.

I haven’t been as active in terms of discussing the work and the programs and what it has evolved into.

I’ll be doing a post on this soon. GFP 3.0 will be launching in December probably.
