Be a Man of Action challenge.
Be a Man of Action challenge.
I am going to share one common thread of guys who have made significant emotional progress in the past 6 months. I see them as men who take action. Most of us in this community are intellectual and particularly analytical. A lot of us have a tendency to analyze and worry. But the common thread I’ve seen in guys making the most progress is in the men who are willing to put their thoughts and fears in their place by becoming men of action. Men who meditate and visualize themselves having self love, serenity, self acceptance. Men who join social clubs, do charity work, write and journal their thoughts instead of just thinking them. Men who share. Men who act.
I have been so inspired by guys making significant emotional progress and I just wanted to share how much it has inspired me. Tobias Engström Peter Rosendahl Dam Adlan Gu Pierre Caissial Sergio Cantore Jakobo Jimenez Jonathan Ni Raffi DeMain you guys have made some amazing progress. You have a standing invitation to call me anytime. Also Sebastian Soto I hope to hear from you soon, we have a lot more to catch up on and discuss how to become a man of action with maximal self love.
Waqa Khan let me know if you want to get to work brother.
Tom Fenton in particular has inspired me by constantly being hungry for dates and doing the work required to get leads, then posting his reports in Surgical Pickup. I’m calling him today to discuss it.
I’d like to challenge everyone this week to be a man of action. Join a club. Start 3 new healthy habits. Meditate. Do visualIzations. If you’re willing to discuss it with me, call me and let’s record a call on meditation and visualization and we can post a link to the conversation to this group.
Anyone willing to make significant change, I’ll help you this week. It’s time to take action. Pm me for details.
