I work with people on intensity and ferocity. Dominance. Impact. I was talking to Ankit about it and realized it overlaps a lot with my brothers work. My brother is an NFL trainer and helped Sequan Barkley and Derek Henry and others world class athletes prepare for the combine.

I realized many of you haven’t had world class intensity work in a physical / mental arena.

So if any of you want to do a 5 day bootcamp with me on emotional work here in Orlando this winter, I will have my brother put you through some world class physical intensity along with it.
