2019 is going to be a big year.
2019 is going to be a big year. But it's time to recap 2018 for all you guys.
In my Sopot Speech I said, never put another man on a pedestal. In Poland, even as I was teaching a house full of guys how to instantly have orgies with girls that we just met, massaging 3 of them at a time and directing guys on what to do next like a field general, I made it clear I had faced tremendous adversity to reach my level of insight, and I was sharing it so you didn't have to go through everything I did to have the same radical freedom of thought and action.
Self love is radical. Self care is radical. Acting on your actual needs and wants with confidence is radical freedom. These are revolutionary things. They are simple. And clean. And good. But they are revolutionary simply because of their scarcity.
Since I came back from Sopot I had to confront my own hard partying ways. I was working 80 to 100 hour weeks, sleeping with 20+ women a month, coaching on the side, and I was taking shit like Kratom and even started taking Adderrall to keep pace. I'd left my law firm job, thinking that after Sopot I'd give coaching as a career a shot. By the time Sopot ended I was mentally and physically exhausted and my good friends Alex Dickinson, Nael Bkr, Alex Merezas and Gall BJ all told me: look man, you need to be 100% sober. They pointed out the hypocrisy of pushing myself so hard and maintaining with substances while talking about the importance of self care. I was well intentioned but arrogant, which is embarrassing but also is what it is.
Everyone was right.
So I did what I advocate for everyone to do. Handled my shit. I enrolled in an outpatient rehab and started working the steps again. This time with a commitment that was missing before. Found a higher power! Now I have a peace -- crazy.
I say all of this to remind each of you: we all have our journeys in life. But if you are hardcore, if you are willing to meditate, visualize yourself having the feelings and mindsets you want, engage in cognitive behavioral restructuring, if you're willing to exercise, change your diet, and take advice on how to behave around women, if you're willing to take "massive action" as guys say all the time, you're going to be happy and successful.
I'll be posting videos directly addressing everyone in the groups issues as posted in December, as well as a new and improved 30 days to Self Love Challenge (shot in 4k!) and more "Mindsets" series videos. I'll also be starting video interviews with guys again, including Swift and Ciel.
2019 is a year to get stronger, and its a year to learn. It's a year to stop letting your emotional reality dictate your life, and instead dive into the wonderful world of emotional engineering. Intentionally influence your subconscious with suggestions and let go of negative loops that don't serve your identity.
You and you alone are responsible for your beliefs, and if you have a belief that is hurting you, understand that you are responsible for "finding the evidence" that it's true, and are also capable of the "reframe".
Which we will discuss soon.
Hope all of you had a great December and new years.
Also: for those who made it this far: recent development in life: women pay me to tie them up, slap them, spank them and more. I'll be posting my insights into porn, BDSM as a vocation, and more soon. Not many guys in the community exploring this world much that I see. I'll keep everyone up to date.
